Stainless Santoku "Tuxedo Slim"
This 7.5" Santoku is hand-built with a stainless Nitro-V blade, chosen for its excellent edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Nitro-V is a modified AEB-L steel enhanced with nitrogen and vanadium for reliable, everyday performance.
The blade features a subtle bloodline (fuller) to improve food release, especially when working through root vegetables and taller cuts.
Finished with my original Fire Knives hybrid Wa handle, made from Black G10 and Ivory accents. Balanced, comfortable, and designed for smaller hands.
A true all-around chef’s knife—ideal for slicing, dicing, and chopping meats, vegetables, and fruit with ease.

This knife is made with a thin, high-performance edge, so a little care goes a long way. Please never wash it in the dishwasher—hand wash and dry only. Avoid cutting frozen foods, twisting the blade, or using it in any rough manner that could cause damage. Treat it well and it will stay sharp and reliable for many years to come.
