WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If a product is unsatisfactory then we are willing to make it right. Â Send me a message upon receiving the product and let me know what the issue is. Â If the product is damaged due to shipping then please take a picture and send back immediately. Â We will reimburse you the shipping costs and have a new product out to you ASAP
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do! please leave a message of the amount you would like the Gift Card for and the recipients name. Â We will contact you with a link to purchase your Gift Card. Â Please allow 8-10 business days for mailing of Gift card. Â We can also send the gift card electronically.

Fire Knives accepts Credit Card payments as well as Venmo and PayPal. Please contact directly via message or email if you would like to make a payment using Venmo or PayPal.
THE KNIFE I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK
No problem, due to a positive response, inventory has been difficult to keep in house. If you would like a specific knife built please send a message and I will respond asap with details and timeline regarding a custom knife build. All custom orders are 12~14 weeks build time and require a 50% down payment to begin the project.
